This unit is nestled in beautiful Lemon Bay on Manasota Key in Englewood Florida. You can watch the sunrise from the couch, dining table or the balcony where you will see a multitude of birds as well as dolphins gracefully swimming by. Peaceful. The unit has is completely finished with every thing you need.It has 2 bedrooms and one bath a complete kitchen and washer / dryer in the unit. Lemon Bay and YOUR PRIVATE BEACH are just steps away. We supply a beach umbrella, chairs and even a cooler! Swim at the beach, kayak and fish in the bay. Boat slips are available too upon special reservation. And, you are even in walking distance to great Manasota Key restaurants. Fishing is handy off the dock right outside the room .Bring your boat ! On site boat docks available upon request and availability . Please reserve boat slip at booking to assure availability. Boat trailers must be stored off site. There's plenty of restaurants and shopping close by as well. There's a community heated pools and grills on site as well. It's all right here waiting for you!

Our favorite spot to stay…We have stayed here for many years even with previous owners. Love that we can keep an eye on the boat and walk across the street to the beach. Property was cleaner than it’s ever been and newly remodeled from the storm.

We spent a great week vacation in this place. Very clean, bright and comfortable, a beautiful beach within three minutes and a clean pool, it is very convenient that there are all accessories for the beach. Very nice condo. It was very clean when we arrived. Great location with an awesome view of an arm of Lemon Bay. Caught some small fish from the dock. I'm sure if the weather was better, we would have enjoyed it more.

The condo was great, very clean. We had a bit of an issue with entry key pad - one step missing on info sent to usBed was comfortable and condo had everything that you needed.Although not able to use the beach due to hurricane, - chairs and umbrella were available if we could have. Pool was very nice and clean.We would definitely stay again !

#### What a view!
This was my first time using VRBO. Also, it was my first time on Manasota Key. Enjoyed waking up with coffee & a beautiful sunrise over Lemon Bay. The condo was well supplied, comfortable & clean. Thankful for the binoculars to spot dolphin & manatee in the bay. Spectacular sunsets on the beach. The only reason I gave check in four stars instead of five, was because someone erroneously used our parking spot. We were able to resolve the situation without any further incidents. Prior to our trip, communication with the property owner was sporadic. As mentioned before, this was a new experience for us. I wasn't sure what to expect, but one word or one line responses seemed a bit cold. Everything turned out just fine (thankfully) and we hope to return someday. It is a truly magical place!

This 2nd floor condo is bright, clean and neat. The owners provided everything you need to be comfortable, even fresh muffins on the day we arrived! With the beautiful bay view, we were able to enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Parking is convenient and the unit is short walk/ drive to beach and restaurants with live music

We have stayed at this property several times but with hurricane Ian causing so much damage to the area we weren’t sure if repairs would be completed. Our owner was very accommodating and kept us up to date on progress. We heard from neighbors that he and his wife were there til midnight the day before our arrival to put the finishing touches on the place. They were both very attentive to our needs and can recommend them highly to anyone wanting a nice place to stay with a beautiful view

We've stayed here before, but this was our first time in a two bedroom. Was very nice! Great view of the bay. Saw dolphins quite a few times. Love the beach access right across the street. Has everything you need....except a hair blow dryer...but we bought one and it's there now for others to use! :) Great place to stay!!
