Union place is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood within 10 minutes of countless shopping and restaurants! Remodeled and has a fully equipped kitchen, new granite countertops, stainless appliances, laundry, high speed internet, 55” and smart TV! As fall comes around enjoy the large fenced in back yard and fire pit! Coffee setup: Espresso machine, Keurig, drip coffee maker, electric tea kettle and coffee grinder. Dayton has a great park system for those who enjoy the outdoors!
