The widened sandy beaches are just a few steps away, full of shells, and spectacular sights of West Indian manatees, gopher tortoises, snowy egrets, least terns, and magnificent frigatebirds. Also, the most beautiful and memorable sunsets you can ever imagine. The gift that always keeps giving. There are a lot of activities to keep you occupied, especially water sports or golfing at the fifteen plus golf courses nearby. You will have plenty of privacy at the condominium if you need to relax as well. This beautiful ocean view 2-bedroom, plus upstairs loft, 2- bath, high vaulted ceilings beach-side condominium comfortably accommodates six guests, and it is only steps away from the beach! This stunning newly remodeled condominium features high-quality materials throughout, including porcelain tile flooring all throughout, quartz countertops, beautiful cabinets and doors, and custom tile work. The kitchen is a chef's dream--completely updated with all new high-end stainless-steel appliances with new high end wooden cabinets with ample storage and an attractive pull-out pantry along with pots, pans, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee maker, rice cooker, and all the utensils and linens you need. Clean up in the kitchen will not seem so bad with the amazing ocean view of the Gulf of Mexico. The condominium is painted in soothing colors and tastefully decorated, with thoughtful lighting choices and quality furnishings that make this a welcoming retreat. Other nearby points of interest at just 1.8 miles is Stump Pass Beach State Park, a mile of beach where seashells and fossilized shark teeth wash up, and anglers fish the surf for prize catches. Visitors can enjoy an excellent view of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as a stretch of undeveloped Florida coastline. Visitors come to this secluded beach to enjoy the year-round swimming and sunbathing; shelling is best during the winter months.
