Enjoy beautiful sunrises in this tropically decorated 1Bed/1Bath with covered patio. First floor unit looks out on Lemon Bay with boat dock, picnic area, and BBQ grill. Features tile floors, Corian counters & new appliances throughout, with new bedroom furniture and a Queen-size sleeper-sofa in the living room. Bedroom has king-size bed. Well-furnished kitchen, cable & Wi-Fi service. Enjoy our heated pool, gulf beach access, and laundry facilities. Perfect for the boater, fisherman or beach lover. Cross the street and you are on beautiful Englewood Beach. Or use one of the first come first serve boat docks and take a cruise to Stump Pass and the Gulf of Mexico which is less than five minutes away. Located very close to Key restaurants.
