This large character home is located on a hill, near the Oise and the Chemin Vert. Ideal for family holidays, it has a fenced park with a barbecue and plenty of comfortable seating. Enjoy pleasant evenings on its sheltered terrace, with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature ,landscapes, and magnificent forests.

You can go hiking and cycling, but also fishing, horse riding, and canoeing! The home is located 2 2-hour drive from Brussels, 2.5 hours from Paris, and only 1.5 hours from Reims.

The house is stylishly furnished and has fiber optic internet, a computer, and two trampolines for children. Relax with a good book in the spacious living room or enjoy a glass of wine at the terrace ! There is a high heat pump that minimizes energy costs and its water heater provides 250 liters every 5 hours.
