From the very beginning, before we even arrived at the hotel, it was clear the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and grounds are immaculate and the countryside setting is stunning. The walks around the grounds are so peaceful. We had breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks while staying there and couldn't find fault with anything. I was bowled over by how nice this place is. Lovely warm greeting at reception, beautiful room, fabulous food, genuinely friendly staff. A master class in how to operate..

Very nice and clean

This place is breathtakingly beautiful, a fairytale location with a wonderful welcome - it's the best hotel we've stayed by far and we will definitely be returning.

Independent hotel with quality design. Individual and with character. Staff were charming breakfast was ideal. Thank you.

Great views of Trim castle from the roof bar and surrounding countryside. Shame the entrance doors are not automatic as it would help when trying to get luggage into hotel.

Lovely staff. Amazing level of hospitality and service. Immaculate hotel. Great food lovely dining room. Comfortable bars and beautiful grounds

We stayed at the Voco Club for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The property was fabulous. Great rooms, very spacious, very comfortable, very clean. Excellent breakfasts and excellent Sunday roast. Great service and Michelle was such a lovely waitress, very friendly and very professional and very knowledgeable about the area. Thank you all for a lovely stay.

We booked a cabin and received a nice upgrade to a cottage, which was very clean, well decorated, quiet, and peaceful. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was roomy to cook in, plus there was a nice area to sit outside and gaze at the sweet cows. It's a lovely destination in itself and not far from Trim.

I liked the warm welcome from the reception and waitressing staff. The house keeping was excellent. The flowers at the entrance were fabulous. The chef cooks a great steak. The bed was comfy . There is Netflix. It’s good value .

Everything about this hotel is first class amazing.

Everything was amazing x

We had an excellent stay at the Firecastle rooms and we will definitely return. Very clean room- spotless. I spoke to the lady cleaning the rooms in the morning and she was very helpful and pleasant. The staff in the downstairs restaurant (Harte's) and the delicatessen were all very accommodating. It was a truly excellent place to stay and we are fussy! Thank you. Ps. The Nespresso coffee machine was also amazing.
