Relaxing near beach

We had a fantastic stay! Extremely clean rental with everything we needed and the host was always quick in responding to any questions. Our stay was relaxing and only steps away from stone steps beach. Local restaurants and stores were a pleasure to visit. Wish our vacation was longer!

Lovely stay

We arrived at 11am because they offered us an early check in, and the place is great! Nice ocean breezes and comfy decor. The kitchen has all of the basics, including a spice rack and the sharpest knives of any vacation rental we’ve ever been to (I usually travel with my own). The beds are also very comfortable, and the whole place is well insulated, so quiet. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay

Perfect getaway for us!

Great location…close to the beach and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. The house has a deck overlooking the water and best place to see the sunset. The house is light and comfortable.

Amazing spot in Encinitas

This is our second stay at Sarah's place, and we love it so much. The location is unbeatable and the space is gorgeous. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and we appreciate the family-friendly additions (pack n play, beach toys, etc.). We will be coming back!

Great beach stay

The Encinitas rental was great! The location was close to the beach, park and restaurants. The home was well appointed with nice amenities, very clean and well maintained. This was one of the best rentals my family has stayed at in the San Diego area. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

Beautiful condo, can see and hear the ocean, just a short walk down the steps to the sand. Everything you could ask for! Kitchen and bath were magnificent. Beds do comfy!!

Updated, open and clean. Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. Fantastic location, near prime beach access and within easy walking distance to Leucadia. We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again!

Exceptionally clean, comfy, beautifully decorated and stocked! Gorgeous location with a perfectly appointed deck and views of the ocean - exactly as described. Easy walk in a lovely neighborhood to local restaurants and shops in Encinitas and Leucadia. Minutes to stone steps and access to the beach, very walkable to moonlight beach. Definitely recommend, this is a wonderful place to stay!

Paradise at Encinitas CA

Sarah and Lee are gracious hosts who provide very clean and comfortable accommodations in a great location. The beach is an easy walk and you can see and hear the waves from the small patio. We walked to restaurants and coffee places. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is perfectly stocked with anything you’d need We look forward to returning!

Perfect Getaway in Encinitas

The property is well-maintained, in a phenomenal location, and suited perfectly for any length of time in the San Diego area. The hosts are very communicative and helpful.Normally, I would have not reserved a property that’s a part of the host’s dwelling, but this was not like renting a room or a garage apartment. It was a separate unit from the hosts and felt very private. Highly recommend! We will definitely stay here again for our next visit!

Grandson’s First Road Trip

What an AMAZING place! It had everything our party of 5 needed, including a collapsable crib, for our grandson. The apartment was super clean, filled with natural light, and within walking distance to coffee, restaurants, shops, and Stone Steps Beach. The beds were big and comfy. Nice place, great location

We found we could get to everything we wanted, including a lot of restaurants and shopping, within just a few minutes of this site. At the same time we had an ocean view and a beautiful place to say. Sarah was eager to help but the place was flawless and we didn't really need her. We loved it.

Pure perfection and beauty!

Every aspect of our stay was perfection. The amazing view of the ocean. Easy stroll to beach access. Comfortable beds and SO CLEAN. Every thing you need with a fridge with water. Coffee supplied. Owners on site and so kind and friendly. Close to walk to downtown and so many coffee shops and cafes. Beautiful town with a beautiful home away from home.
