The location is amazing and the views are incredible. BEWARE, the primary suite bathroom is just not acceptable. Photos definitely are not indicative of the state of the home though - the place is more run down than it seems and the photos are definitely taken on wide angle, especially on the room with the bunk bed. The master shower is horrendous, we didn't even use it once, and the fixtures are old/unstable. I wouldn't recommend this place for young kids (was fine for crawling baby but lots of rusty metal in bed frame, chair bolts, etc). On the POSITIVE side, the views make up for anything the home lacks. The neighborhood is awesome for lots of walks and nearby coffee/food. Wonderful sound of ocean waves crashing! The house was clean and well equipped with comfortable beds and pillows. A tad rundown due to proximity to the ocean. And only odd thing is that the property is a duplex and shares a wall with an adjoining five or six bedroom rental, which has access to the larger patio shown in the photos for this unit. ##### c c. Visiting family and daughter that lives local v Great views and very walkable to restaurant’s and bars. Recommend renting the electric bikes for some fun. The rental could have been more clean especially the showers and the couches. I washed the sheets, as I do at every rental when I arrive, and the mattress cover had stains. Also, there was a lingering odor of dog. While I did bring my 9 pound multipoo, I have stayed at other dog friendly places and you would never know it caters to dogs. Further, there is a need for maintenance around the place such as the master bathroom shower door felt like it could come off the hinge any day, the glass balcony did not seem secure as it did not have the brackets in between each slab of glass.
