"Room was clean and tidy. We stayed 6 nights and only had 1 set of towels. Very disappointed in the games room, machines not working. Washers not working in the laundry. The jumping pillow was flat-a new one was installed on our last day. 2 pools but no heating. A small cafe would go a long way. Considering the price we paid for the 6 nights we felt quite disappointed that facilities weren’t up to other Ingenia holiday destinations."

"We stayed in the original cabins which are close to Putney beach. They are basic but clean and fresh and were ideal for a beach getaway with young children. We ate at the restaurant each night and thought the food was good value. Meals were well priced and offered good variety. Our party of 11 all loved our stay and plan on going back. We were disappointed that whoever is responsible for track maintenance still has not cleared the walking tracks. Access to the other beautiful beaches is an obvious activity for visitors yet the tracks are difficult to negotiate. It’s a beautiful place and it’s pleasing to see the old resort being cleared. "The room was great all you can ask for but unfortunately there is a but The basics were less than basic. Not enough coffee and tea for 3 nights no dishwashing fluid no shampoo or body soap. The bin is broken as well as the toilet paper holder (the parts were hidden in the cabinet) If you’re willing to overlook stuff like that that’s a great place to stay"

"These apartments are lovely and clean, you can see the sea from your balcony, the only downside was the main road right outside. The lady who checked us in was lovely and I must say the apartment was sparkling clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds lovely to sleep on and the shower was powerful and hot. We had a car so could get around, the only downside are the stairs to get to the apartments, but to be honest these were actually not to bad if you do not have lots of luggage. Would highly recommend this place to stay"

"Our party of two adults, two children and a dog stayed for two nights at the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and loved the location of the house. The views from the deck are spectacular and it’s a very easy walk to the beach. The children enjoyed the beach cricket set provided and the house was very pet friendly, although it is not fenced. The kitchen had all we needed for a couple of days and the local supermarket in Emu Park has everything you could want. It seemed strange to have the shower downstairs but there is a toilet and basin on the main living floor. Shelly was very responsive to my emails and check in was easy. We had trouble with the wifi not working but understand reception may be poor in that area. We would be happy to stay at the house again sometime."
