Sound of the Sea is an oceanfront complex with two outdoor swimming pools (closed off-season), clubhouse, and tennis court to make island living better! Walk to restaurants, shopping and more! Gated community. Elevators from ground level in this building. Sorry, no pets.

Amenities Include: High-Speed Wireless Internet, High-Speed Ethernet Connection, 3 Smart TVS with Basic Cable, Streaming Capabilities such as: Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Roku and Apple Tv. Covered Decks, Dune-Top Decks, Deck Furniture, Ceiling Fans, Hair Dryers, Iron/Ironing Boards, Interior Washer/Dryer, Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Refrigerator with Attached Icce maker, Microwaves, Dishwashers, Toaster Oven, Blender, Bicycles & Kayaks.

Community Amenities Include: Community Pool, Enclosed Pool House, Community Elevators, Community Outdoor Showers, Community Park Grill Access, Basketball Court Access, Tennis Court Access, Picnic Table Area, Gated Community & Community Beach Access Walkway.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards and 1 Parking Pass. Sound of the Sea does not have overflow parking. ***Lost Gate Card Fee is $75, Lost Parking Pass Fee is $50.***

Reminder: The small complex pool will reopen in the spring for guest use!

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents nightly with a 2-night minimum stay (off-season only).

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

This was a wonderful condo to stay in with quick and easy access to the beach. The condo was cutely decorated. I very much appreciated the boxes that contained shampoo and conditioners, laundry pods and dishwashing pods. It's nice to not have to worry about that stuff. The only thing that would have made the stay even better than it was would be having access to beach chairs and beach toys, rather than having to rent them. A different condo we rented last year in the same complex offered this, and we greatly appreciated that!
