Enjoy the beautiful Ocean views from your private covered balcony! Living Area has gorgeous Ocean views, a Queen Sleep Sofa, and direct access to the private covered balcony.There is also a Flat Screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD Player in the Living Room. The bedroom has a Queen bed and private bath. Dining Area has seating for four, and additional seating for three at the Breakfast Bar. The Kitchen Area includes a Microwave and Dishwasher. Additional Amenities: 2 Color Cable TVs, Blue-Ray DVD Player, CD Player, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Private Deck, Central Air/Heat. Queens Court is an Oceanfront Condominium Complex within walking distance, not only to the ocean but to the water slide, miniature golf, restaurants, shopping, go-carts, arcades & more! New Sport Court for tennis, badminton, pickleball, basketball, cornhole & putting green (facility only – equipment is not provided), outdoor swimming pool (pool typically open May 15 - October 15 9am - 9pm), Grilling Area, Oceanfront Gazebo with seating, Private Beach Access Walkway, and Outside Showers. Please Note: Fire pit and clubhouse are for owner use only. PARKING INFORMATION: ● Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. ● Golf Carts and boat/trailer parking are Not Permitted on Queens Court Grounds. Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nigthtly stays. No Smoking. No Pets. Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season. Please Note: (1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Watch the sun rise from the balcony or stroll to the beach for a great view. Property is very nice and private beach. Restaurants are within walking distance.
