Pier Pointe 1B2 is a Second Floor Oceanfront 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo. Perfect for families or seniors who need a limited amount of steps! Covered deck with furniture, beautiful views, and a community beach walkway. Condo has been decorated with a bright coastal flare.  
  
Living Area faces the ocean and has TV, DVD player, CD Player. Dining Area. Large Kitchen has bar seating, wet bar area, dishwasher & microwave. Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed and a Full Bath with a Jacuzzi Tub. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin over Double Futon Bunks. Full Bath in Hall. Central Heat & Air. In unit Washer/Dryer. Rockers and Tables make on-deck views of vistas a vacationers paradise.  
  
The Pier Pointe Condo Community is nestled in the beautiful town of Emerald Isle! These condominiums offer a slew of awesome amenities that the whole family will be sure to enjoy! Each building at Pier Pointe is 3 stories high and contains 6 units. Please note that elevators are not available at this location.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
