A completely renovated oceanfront 1 king bedroom, 1 twin bunk. Beautifully decorated, thoughtfully appointed and has many custom upgrades featuring custom cabinetry and granite counter tops, a dining area, vinyl plank floors, throughout, a comfortable living room has a 70” TV. The bedroom has a king size mattress, a 40” TV and the bathroom has a step over tub/shower combo. Sleeps 4\. Start your day by enjoying the beautiful Emerald Isle sunrise from the balcony off of the living room, then go down to the beach and relax. The elevator and easy walkway to the beach are just steps away! Come and enjoy all the comforts of home. Close to shopping, restaurants, pier and bike/walking path. On site tennis courts, basketball court, x2 pools, beautifully manicured grounds, private entry and grill on site. Linens and bath towels provided. New compact ventless stackable washer and dryer in unit (low capacity, ventless efficient model) \*allow longer drying times and smaller loads. Cable and WiFi are included. Iron and ironing board. The property was amazing! It was only steps to the beach, had an elevator, charming beach decorations in the condo. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. Most everything was like brand new and decorated so cute. It is perfect for one couple. If you don't mind sharing there are bunk beds but their isn't any privacy with them. It was very clever what they did to create more sleeping space and there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room area is very spacious. WiFi and TV worked great. This condo is also on the first floor of I believe a 6 story building so it was nice to have to only do one set of steps. The view of the beach is absolutely stunning, the location is perfect, you could walk to the store if you wanted to. There is a wonderful bike walking path that runs the length of Emerald Isle.
