About this property

Affordable Oceanfront w/ Private Pool!

  • During Hurricane Florence, our home suffered extensive damage, thus was fully renovated in 2019 - including all new kitchen cabinetry and bathroom vanities with granite tops, new furnishings throughout, custom tiled walk in showers, all new flooring, lighting, etc. We live fairly close by and strive to keep our home impeccably maintained and well stocked.

    We are an Oceanfront, 5 bedroom, 4 bath duplex with a private pool. Beds are K,K,Q,Q,D,T. Even though we are a duplex, the pool is exclusively for our side. It is located directly off of the main living area, is fenced in, and is a wonderful extension to the inside living space.

    Weekly (Saturday to Saturday) stays only. All bed and bath linens are included with weekly rentals. No Pets and No Smoking Property.

N0 SMOKING will be strictly enforced. $150 fine for inconvenience of ridding the house/yard of odor/litter.
POOL - Pool use is exclusively for east side tenants. Any additional cleaning fees incurred by homeowner for non-compliance will be claimed.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS IS 11- We do realize there are exceptions, but reserve the right to evict those who take extreme advantage of that.
