Room was clean, smelt good and fresh! Easy access to the car park for unloading, easy access to the swimming pool. The only improvement i'd suggest is for the breakfast to have a bit more options, seems shabby. I know it's free, but i'd rather not have it.

The attitude and rudeness of the reception lady was terrible . Carpet looks likes it’s never been cleaned - stains everywhere AC didn’t work and was filthy TV didn’t work Bed was also quite disgusting. I left early it was so bad and the receptionist still charged me. $220 per night is an absolute rip off. Don’t stay there - would have been better sleeping in my car.

This is the only place I will stay in Emerald. Reasonably priced pet friendly accommodation close to town. Whether you have a pet or not I doubt you’d find a more comfortable place. With super friendly and accommodating staff
