Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Property was closed! I had a confirmed reservation and was not informed that the property was under renovation. It wasn’t until we got there, called the was told the hotel is under renovation and we should’ve known. Completely unacceptable.
