We got delayed a day because of weather- called the hotel about 20 times, no answer. Call Riu customer service and they said they wouldn’t help with reservations to make sure it wouldn’t be cancelled (said call hotel). Showed up at hotel and the front desk’s first comment was well you didn’t let us know you were still coming- check in was an ordeal- hotel was ok, food ok, pool/view were great!
