  • Welcome to a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1600 sq ft apartment in prime location within city limits. There are three large bedrooms with queen premium mattresses. You will love the wood ceilings, the fully equipped kitchen, the electric heating fireplace in the living room, the large mudroom/laundry, outdoor deck, fire pit, and more! Enjoy the woodsy feel and views from this 2nd story apartment, fully air conditioned for the warm summer months. Semer's Park on Shagawa Lake, with swimming and playground, is a short walk on walking trail. Walking, biking, ATV and snowmobile trails are right out your door with lots of room for your trailers in our drive-through off-street lot! Have a larger group?
