"Solid and good hyatt in an interesting new university town development. A small but good selection of shops, bars, and pizza in the square nearby, along with the hotels own bar/restaurant. Great shuttle bus to town and close to the park and ride, makes it a great place to stay and relax. Presented good value for money on accomdation, didn't eat there. Handy fridge in room helped too. "

We were told check-in was at 4pm, but our room wasn’t ready, and we ended up waiting in reception for nearly an hour. We didn’t get into our room until after 5pm, which delayed our plans for the evening."
