"Lovely hotel, very friendly staff"

"The family room was spacious, which was great for our stay. However, we were not aware in advance that there is no lift, which may be inconvenient for some guests. The room was clean, but the furniture appears quite dated and could benefit from refurbishment. We were also surprised to find that there was no proper shower head in the bathroom. In addition, the hot water supply was insufficient, as it was only enough for two people to shower."

"Everything was excellent just couple of things could be better. 1. Room to have extra sockets next to bed there is no USBC so you want to charge with the plug and is far far from bed. 2) everything at breakfast is good but could some more variety for fruits especially for vegetarians there isn’t much options. Otherwise all excellent."
