"Well situated for the continental ports, for the price I feel a bit expensive. We had received an email stating no air-con then were told it was working. On arrival at reception the bar area was noisy and felt messy and at breakfast it was fairly chaotic and the three members of staff seemed more interested in gossiping."

"I wasn't expecting the stay to be as good as it was. The room was compact but comfortable. The shower was instantly hot so no need to waste water waiting for it to get hot. Lovely scented body wash and shampoo. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were luxurious. The TV was a good size, not tiny. The Spanish lady at the bar was really kind and very helpful. In fact all the staff were really polite and welcoming. Food was great. Breakfast buffet was really good with full English and continental breakfast on offer. I have stayed in lots of hotels and was pleasantly surprised by this one."
