The villa has 3 bedrooms, one of them is on the upper floor and the other two on the lower floor and 2 fully equipped bathrooms. To keep fresh on summer nights, the house has 3 splits A/C (2 on the bedrooms and one in the living room) and for the cold winter time it has electric radiators throughout the house and a fireplace in the living room. The minimum age for making reservations is 30 years old. The ID of the contract holder will be requested for verification on the day of check-in. The Space: Large terrace areas near the pool, 4 x 8 meters pool, outdoor shower h/c, outdoor kitchen, garage + parking space for your car, roof terrace, dishwasher,washing machine, 4 air conditioners (living room + master bedroom + 1 guest bedroom + bedroom upstairs), fireplace cassette for wood in the living room, 2 bathrooms, WIFI, fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, and much more. One of the bedrooms is on the first floor with its own independent access. It is not connected to the inside of the house and has its own bathroom. Size of beds:2 x 0,80 x 1,90 m / 2 x 0,80 x 1,90 m / 1 x 1,50 x 1,90 m Guest Access: We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. The Neighborhood: The villa is located in Els Poblets, in the Barranquets area in a south-west facing residential area, quiet and sunny. Only a few minutes walk to the centre of Els Poblets or to the beautiful beach of Els Poblets. Els Poblets has a very good infrastructure with numerous doctors, shopping facilities and restaurants. To Denia it is about 9 km and there is a bus connection. The next golf course would be in Oliva or La Sella. Other Things to Note: Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 17kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid. We didn’t have a car, but it was really well positioned near to 2 supermarkets and with plenty of great restaurants within a 15 minute walk. The bus into Denia was quick and easy. The house itself was excellent. Really well resourced and perfect for us. We loved that the top bedroom was so separate and it meant that we had our own patio and space. My only comment is that while this was perfect now my children are in their 20s, if I’d have come when they were younger and found that one bedroom had a separate entrance I wouldn’t have been so keen. It’s worth knowing that if coming with a younger family. We have all said we would love to go back, and would love to stay there again. ##### Jeni M. (ouders, kinderen en vriendinnen van de kinderen) Echt alles was aanwezig. Jammer dat de wasmachine stuk was en ik met vuile was terug huiswaarts moest maar deze is de laatste minuten van ons verblijf vervangen dus U kan gewoon terug wassen. Het vinden van het verblijf was niet evident aangezien google een andere locatie aangaf maar we werden heel erg goed door het agentschap ter plekke geholpen. Genoeg in de buurt aanwezig om al je boodschappen te doen, zee op wandelafstand (wel niet ons favoriet strand), bakker en slager ook. Italiaans restaurant dicht bij de Strudel (=bakkertje) aan te raden. In het barretje om de hoek kan je iets gaan drinken. Kortom alles aanwezig voor een TOP verblijf. Wijzelf gingen het graag iets verder zoeken en een wagen is dan wel aangewezen als je niet heel de tijd in het huis wil blijven. Groot en aangenaam zwembad. Douche water buiten liep niet weg maar daar gingen ze iets aan doen. Airco's werken naar behoren maar er hangt een kost aan vast als je ze heel de dag door zou laten aanstaan. Toch kon deze kost voor ons de pret niet bederven. Zowel de eigenaars als de tussenfirma waren heel erg behulpzaam er reageren op vragen, ... . Een aanrader dus!!
