Worst sleep of my life, we were supposed to stay 2 nights but checked out after the first night and went somewhere else. The staff was great, the breakfast was great, the room was clean but holy cow put some work into your walls. Also, the pictures on Expedia are false about the hot tub - they do NOT have a hot tub which was very disappointing. Would not stay again. "

"Was charged an extra fee of $100 when I checked in, that was a total surprise. Signature was required, but was not given any paperwork, said everything was on internet. NOT EVERYONE HAS INTERNET. So I'm unable to print anything. I requested a copy of my bill, my additional fee and my check out and was told not available. Also your breakfast was very disappointing, there were no napkins, and the attendent was in a side room on her phone."
