"We stayed here during our visit with our son and it was impeccable. We made several meals in the well stocked kitchen, enjoyed movies with the big screen TV and slept like babies in the comfortable cozy beds. I especially appreciated the crisp sheets and blankets and lots of pillows. Everything was just easy. They are extremely responsive if you have a question or request for anything!!! We could just tell they pay attention to cleanliness and detail which makes for a place to come back to time and time again. We will be back in the spring!!!!"

"This is our second year at this property, and we will be coming back for a third year in 2027. This property is lovely and the host is wonderful to work with. Ruth makes everything easy. The house is extremely clean, the beds comfortable and all of the seating areas, inside and out, just right. If you have mobility issues, this house is all on one floor and there is a walk-in shower in the master bedroom. It would not accommodate a wheelchair though and there are four stairs to enter the property either from the garage or front porch. They added a propane firepit on the front porch this year, which was a big hit with my party. There is a regular firepit in the back yard also. One thing that is unusual for many properties is that there is a large two car garage that you can use. There is a ping pong table and foosball game in the basement, as well as washer and dryer down there but we don't use those items. The host leaves a wonderful welcome basket with bread, butter, honey and jam, which is lovely. I would recommend some olive oil and a few more seasonings be added to the house. It does have both a Keurig and drip coffee maker and a teapot. Lastly, the view from the front of the house is wonderful. Can't be beat. Great house."

"Wonderful kid- and pet-friendly home with a yard and games to play (indoor and outdoor). The yard has a fire pit and picnic table. It’s remote enough for amazing stargazing. Hosts were very welcoming and responsive. Will definitely consider staying here again when we’re in the area. Plenty of room for people to spend time together or spread out to read or do individual activities. Kitchen is well equipped, including an air fryer and pressure cooker."

"Great location in Morrisville - allowed easy access to Hardwick (for dinner at Cork and Fork - excellent), Stowe (for skiing), and Waterbury (also for skiing at Bolton).We stayed in winter, so campground is closed - we had the place to ourselves and could walk the dog down along the river - very peaceful."
