Extremely dirty or missing towels or linens will result in an extra fee. Please bring your own towels to use outside and in the lake.

No pets are allowed. Unfortunately some people are allergic. Evidence of pet could result in cancellation of stay and/or a $250 extra cleaning fee.

We enjoyed our stay so much! We fished a lot and caught 7 bream and 1 catfish. We cooked and ate all of them! So fresh and delicious. We spent most of the time outside but the house was clean and comfortable. Thank you for sharing your property with us!
