WE ARE: Charming cozy cabin overlooking a beautiful private lake and mountains and nestled on a private78-acres. Two fire pits and cabin wood burning fireplace. This is the perfect getaway to recharge your batteries and soothe your soul. Our guests refer to us as, “A hidden gem."
The cabin includes one super comfy king bed, and a new cozy additional room with another super comfy brand new daybed, new renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen with cute table and eating area, washer and dryer, an amazing large screen porch overlooking the mountains and an 8 acre private lake, a new secured and connected to the cabin…spacious and fenced dog run equipped for both pups and relaxing humans. Please log in pets when registering.🐾 🐾 (All guests please: 21 years of age or older.) Super equipped kitchen with new quartzite counters, microwave, stove/oven, coffee maker with plenty of coffee, hot chocolate and creamer, refrigerator/freezer/ice, new utensils, new dishes, new glasses, pots & pans and a few spices. The cabin also includes a large Smart TV with cable, WIFI, ceiling fans, and washer and dryer. The screened porch that is overlooking the large lake and the mountains, also has comfy chairs and a small table, to sit and enjoy the sounds of nature or enjoy a delicious home cooked meal. Also on the screened porch is a suspended/hanging daybed/chair/swing fully equipped with bedding for anyone who wishes to sleep amongst the stars... and includes a mounted outdoor heater over the swing bed…powered by a remote, …and a new beautiful ceiling fan. There is a new large special fenced in secure pet area accessible directly from the screen porch with solar nighttime lighting, a dog bed, and sitting area for the pup's humans.
There is a new cozy park bench in the front yard overlooking the mountains and lake, a wood burning fire pit at lakeside, and a charcoal grill..bring charcoal, propane firepit and grill (propane provided) in the large pavilion for registered guests next to cabin... with seating, picnic tables, games, fans, Smart TV, and cool lighting. . This property is accessed through a gate to ensure your privacy. Parking is plentiful and be sure to bring your bikes!
We provide Kayaks, water safety vests, paddles to row, fishing poles and tackle box, and comfy chairs for beside the water. The 78 acres has stunning views for exploring and super fun additions. This vacation cabin is a maximum stay of 14 days. We also love to share our small outdoor museum sharing collectibles from this prior historic Llama farm.

Every year is just fantastic. This year, the weather was warm and I enjoyed the front porch reading, last year, was really cold and I enjoyed the fireplace. Angela has to be one of the most amazing people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. She goes above and beyond for your stay. And I can't even begin to describe how dog friendly she is. Bailey and Willow enjoyed their stay as much as I did.

What a wonderful little cabin. If your looking for nature, relaxation, aand a place to get away from it all this is it. My sister and I recently stayed here and had a wonderful, relaxing time. Only things you need to bring are your clothes, food and your personal items. #### Cozy with beautiful views!
Angela has been the best host ever. Very thoughtful and generous. My husband and I enjoyed our anniversary weekend with the pups. Brought our bikes and rode around the property. The mountain and lake view is amazing especially with the leaves changing. So peaceful. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

#### EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS
The owner went out of her way to make us comfortable. Communication with her was professional and timely. The cabin and view as well as the amenities included (fully stocked pond with fishing gear provided and kayaks) is beyond serene and isolated. Go try this place, it doesn’t disappoint!

#### Great pet friendly option
Loved exploring the acres with my pup and the cabin itself is so dog friendly. Angela was so friendly and helpful with all the information she sent. The bed was so comfortable and at night it was easy to fall asleep and not want to get up! It is definitely a place that we will revisit when in the area. Ps- love having the little dog park attached to the cabin as it is so hard to find fenced in options that take dogs and that are affordable!

#### Perfect getaway!
Dancing Dog Farms is an absolute paradise. The cabin is very clean and comfortable. We spent so much time on the screen porch and bed swing. We loved exploring the property and taking walks around the pond. Angela was the best host we have ever had. Perfect spot for any dog lover as she welcomes them with open arms. A quick drive to the very quaint downtown Ellijay and to nearby wineries. We wish we could have stayed longer. The perfect oasis!

#### Peaceful Thanksgiving Getaway
My dogs and I absolutely loved this cabin! Angela went above and beyond to make sure our first time visit to Georgia was memorable with so many thoughtful gifts and kind messages. She was very helpful and gave me recommendations for dog friendly restaurants. The cabin is so clean and updated with many attention to details! It has everything you can imagine and then some! We can ’t wait to visit again in the summer! 🐶🐾

#### Best place we have ever stayed.
Huge shoutout out to Angela, she was the best host we have ever had. The property is beautiful with your own private lake, my husband caught around 20 fish per day and he was a happy camper! We traveled with our two dogs and they loved it. The peace and quiet is wonderful. The cabin is clean and even has a towel warmer. Angela checked with us frequently even when we had a bad storm and lost power, she was on the phone making sure we were okay and knew where flashlights were. Working with Angela is like having a friend and now we are part of her Dancing Dog Farms! Please check her Facebook for pictures of the cabin and surrounding area. We will be back in November! I would give her and the cabin a 10.
