This is a meticulously restored architectural gem where MCM design meets rugged North Georgia beauty. Whether you are sipping coffee on the cantilevered deck or watching the whitewater rush past your private bank, this home offers a sensory experience that resets the soul. <5 minutes from apple orchards and vineyards, yet worlds away from the tubing crowds.
The space
Each room is comfortably furnished with thoughtful, designer level touches and incredibly comfortable sleeping, eating & lounging areas.
Once you open the doors to the secluded backyard setting, you will be greeted by a gorgeous, covered patio to enjoy the rushing river, below. Just steps below is easy access to the Cartecay River via the newly built stairs where you can easily get down to enjoy the zero entry "beach" area, relax on the rocks alongside the river or hop in to enjoy tubing or kayaking! It is the PERFECT spot for anglers be "Trout of Office".
