Licklog Lodge offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure for all generations. The cabin is located by Ellijay's famous "Apple Alley", only 1.5 hours from Atlanta and 10 minutes to downtown Ellijay.



Explore the property, pick apples at nearby Apple Orchards, ride the Blue Ridge Railroad, hike Amicalola Falls (only 20 min away), take a horseback ride in the Appalachians, inner tube or kayak the Cartecay River, and visit Ellijay’s quaint downtown square to dine & shop - the cabin and surrounding area has a little something for everyone!

THE DETAILS



DRIVEWAY | ENTRANCE

The road leading to property is gravel as is the driveway. After passing the gate, a circular driveway and carport welcome you to the property. A self-check in door code will be provided prior to arrival.



LIVING ROOM

Cathedral ceilings & sky lights greet you as you enter. The room floods with natural light, and with 6 ft windows, you will feel like you are in a tree house. A gas fireplace and door to the screened in porch with outdoor dining and lounging are finishing touches that will make this space a quick favorite.



KITCHEN

The well stocked kitchen has all of the basics and then some! (IE Crockpot, Toaster ,Waffle Maker etc) You’ll enjoy cooking and preparing meals in our open-concept kitchen with island that seats four guests.



INDOOR/OUTDOOR DINING

Sitting amongst the treetops with the option to eat indoors or outside. There are also 4 bar stools at the kitchen island for additionally seating.



MASTER SUITE | Main Level

King bed with a gas fireplace. Walk out to screened-in porch and cozy daybed for reading your favorite book or taking a nap. You will enjoy direct access to main floor full bath.



BATHROOMS | Main & Terrace Levels

Full bathroom - both with two entrances (one from the bedroom and one from the hallway.) with private toilet/shower room so multiple guests can be getting ready at the same time.



MASTER SUITE | TERRACE LEVEL

This second Master Suite boasts a King bed and seating area, with entrance to bathroom and a door leading outside to the hot tub and large lounging porch.



BUNK ROOM | TERRACE LEVEL

This room has four full single bunk beds and is designed for kids. This is sure to gain FIVE star approval from your kiddos!



DEN/GAME ROOM

Entertainment for all ages with an Arcade machine hosting nearly 20,000 games, Shuffleboard, tons of board games, puzzles, and TV.



RIVER ACCESS

Our property sits on the widest part of Licklog Creek as it merges with the Cartecay River. It’s a slice of paradise at the water's edge.  Explore, roast s’mores, dip your toes in the crisp water, picnic or simply relax. (Swim at your own risk.) 



FIRE PIT

At the waters edge, make memories by stargazing, discussing the days adventures or enjoying s’mores.



GUEST ACCESS

The road to the cabin is gravel and dirt. Sedans should have no issues accessing the cabin. You will have access to the entire cabin, and the number of beds to accommodate the number of guests in your reservation.



OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

This property is very unique. It's secluded, but close to everything. The drive to the cabin is stunning. The cabin is well appointed. We provide starter consumables, including paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwashing pods, as well as coffee and creamer.  Come to get away or adventure - there is something for everyone in Ellijay!

• This Cabin is in the middle of the forest and there is a potential for cobwebs, bugs and other nature occurrences.

• SECURITY CAMERAS: In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the cabin is equipped with one camera to monitor our driveway.
