Tucked inside the Coosawattee River Resort and right next door to Fish Trap Park, this spacious retreat has all the makings of creating an experience that guests will surely come back to time and time again!.

With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and room for up to 8 guests, this waterfront home is designed for comfortable group stays. Guests can take advantage of the inviting river view and the rare access of steps leading right down to the water, making it easy to spend the day fishing, relaxing by or in the river, or simply taking in the scenery. The large back deck provides a great place to just kick back and watch the kids enjoy the river while still connected to the energy of the resort community.

Inside, the home offers plenty of space to unwind after a day exploring Ellijay and all it has to offer. With fabulous downtown eateries, bars, wineries and shopping galore, having a cabin like this one to come back to is definitely the cherry on top! A well-equipped, large kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, snacks, or a casual breakfast before heading out for the day. The living areas provide a comfortable place to gather, and the home's layout gives families and friends room to spread out and relax. Their is a fantastic game room on the terrace level along with additional iving spaces and thoughtful comfort features with reliable technology to help make every stay easy and enjoyable.

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig/drip combo dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans

Linens for each bed, (2) bath towels (1) hand towel (1) wash cloth per person listed on reservation, dressers or closets for clothing storage, central heat and air, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, cable or satellite TV, internet, telephone for local calls.

In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels, (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags) , Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads) Laundry Detergent (1 load), and Dish Washing Soap (mini bottle).

Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items.

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Required Fees: (Cleaning, Processing & Damage Insurance), 15% lodging tax added to all reservations

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE CABIN ARE E-MAILED TO YOU 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IF YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH YOUR GUEST LIST AND COPY OF YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE. WE DO NOT ALLOW SAME DAY CHECK IN'S ON SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS.

PLEASE NOTE: Last minute reservations (14 days prior to check in) will be required to check in at the Mountain Oasis office prior to 5pm, Mon-Fri unless previous arrangements are made in advance. Reservations made after 5pm for same day check in are NOT allowed.
