Room was a little dirty with some dead fly's, pubes in tub, tub that didn’t drain, dirty remote. The larger 3 pool complex with a kiddie pool and lifeguards is not included. Seems others misunderstood like me. I was able to check in early so that was great

Wonderful trip, beautiful grounds and flowers. Definitely needed better signage for activities - Where the restaurants are located, where to drive to the Mountain Coaster, truly needed SIGNS for buildings and where stuff is located, McCartney's Cafe, etc... the pictures show 3 pools, but The Tamarac is just ONE pool and 2 hot tubs (1 was not hot) there was a charge to use the other pools. Overall great stay, but disappointed in what was included and where to go to eat....

Facilities have been updated and cannot beat location. Restaurant on site is very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Time to update TV’s which are about the size of a large computer monitor.

This ownership doesn’t seem to really cater to its guests- for instance although being a hotel guest they charge you for one of the pools located on the premise same as they do for a non-guest. They also do not offer cocktail service unless you pay for the pool. It’s a bad look makes them look cheap and desperate for cash.

Perfect couples getaway

It was our first visit to Ellicottville and slew couldn't have asked for a better trip! The hotel was great, very clean and inviting. The balcony, fireplace, and hot tub were some of my favorite parts. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We loved the town, too. We will definitely be back and will stay at the tamarack club again!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights, while it was enjoyable there are a few things that were odd to me. The TV was very small and there was someone’s leftover food in the mini fridge. There was no TV channel sheet which sucked and the beds were not very comfortable. Maybe it’s more lively in the winter.
