The front elevated patio offers nice territorial views of Suncadia Resort. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS \* The 1st main floor master has a king bed, TV, and an attached private bath with a walk-in shower, and dual sinks. \* The 2nd main floor master has a king bed, TV, and an attached private bath with a tile shower and dual sinks and large soaking tub. \* The 1st upper floor bedroom has a queen bed and is supported by a guest bath just outside the bedroom door. \* The 2nd upper floor bedroom is a large bunk room with a private en-suite bath. The bunk room features 2 twin over full funk beds and a twin bed. \* The 2nd floor also has a large bonus room that boasts a huge sectional couch, smart TV w/DirecTV, and a twin bed with a twin trundle. \*\* Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. Reviewer Comments: This house is perfect for large families with kids, with plenty of space and activities for kids.Main downside was the kitchen. No corkscrew (despite having multiple wine fridges), no teapot for boiling water, and no salt. Every pot we could find had the nonstick coating flaking off into the water. Reviewer Comments: This house was pretty much perfect for our group. We are 4 couples who get together for a weekend of golf and tomfoolery. This year we picked Suncadia. The house was clean and well appointed. The only negative comments are regarding the 4th bedroom upstairs. There is a twin bed and bunk beds. Our friends were happy to volunteer to use it, but complained the beds were not comfortable. Other than that, the place worked well for our needs. ##### Nate H. We stayed with 3 families and it was great. The location is great, especially in the snow because the kids had a hill to sled down. The only issue we had was that when we arrived the driveway was extremely icy, we could barely get into it to park. So beware, especially if your car is not 4x4. ##### Angela T. ---
