"Great area, block from the beach, cute room small but cute I stayed in a queen bed so for one person I was fine two people would of been to crowded I would stay again if it's just me, also no pressure in the shower that's a pet peeve, shops nearby, and food places doughnut shop across the street with great coffee breakfast with in walking great time"

"The bar turned into a college bar at night and the staff up top is aggressive we are a couple in our 40s and just went up to finish our night but it is not a classy or elegant vibe. You cannot enjoy the evening up top as a family or a couple or a small group of friends men were taking shirts off getting loud at the end it was not the right place for this but the hotel said it’s been a scene for locals lately"

"Great location a block from the boardwalk. Been going on vacation in Newport every summer for 10 years and finally got a place that was dog friendly. It was really nice being able to bring our family dog with us. Having all the bikes in the garage available for us to use was fantastic! Saved us the hassle of bringing our own or paying to rent bikes. All and all, great experience."

"The view and the proximity of this property cannot be beat. There is a unit above (we didn't hear a peep), and the garage is shared (but it's very large). The property management company is very attentive and responsive - as someone in the real estate industry, I was impressed. We had a couple of uncontrollable issues with the home that the PM company and owner took care of quickly upon notice. The beds and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen appliances worked well. If I were to make a suggestion to the PM company/owner, I would replace many of the older beach items in the garage and perhaps a few items in the kitchen (utensils, cooking items), and interior paint before next visitor season. Overall, this is an outstanding property to park once / walk everywhere. The ease of beach access and the people watching from the porch is unmatched. There are easy to operate blinds for evening privacy."
