"This Newport Beach property was ideal for our family of 2 grandparents, 3 adults and 2 grandchildren. Beach front was so convenient to enjoy the beach but easily and quickly go back to the house as needed. The 2 levels gave privacy as desired.The ocean view from the second level balcony was ideal, with enough overhang shade. The kitchen was large and well-stocked with equipment.Beach equipment was plentiful.Home was tastefully decorated and furnished.Manager was easy to reach and responded to some initial glitches. These were remedied ASAP."

"Recently stayed for my 40th birthday and got to enjoy it with both friends and family. Everything was perfect and was just as good, if not better, than what is shown in the photos. Easy access to paddleboard and a quick walk to the beach was great. We even used the bikes a few times. The balcony was the best part, lots of space. Only downside was lack of AC during a heat wave but the place was stocked with fans and a whole house fan so we were able to cool it down enough to sleep well. We will definitely be back!"
