"This is a super cute apartment attached to the host's home with a separate entrance. A few stairs up to the 2 bedroom apartment, 1 bathroom and small kitchen area with a nice living area. The highlight of this property is the backyard. Beautiful view of the water and so fun to watch the boats go by. Very nice sitting area to enjoy. We had so much fun on the duffy boat! Judi our host was a delight and hopefully we will get to go back again next year!"

"We have stayed at this house for 4 years now. Location is excellent. You can park your car and walk to many restaurants within 1/2 mile. Right on the beach and walking/biking path in front of unit. House is clean and plenty of towels are provided. Fully equipped kitchen. Living area is small as are bedrooms but sitting out on the patio or down near the water is where you will spend most of your time. Overhead fan in primary bedroom and tower fans in other 2 bedrooms. Easy check in and check out. Garage for one or two cars. This year we parked one car on street since it’s pretty tight for 2 parked tandem in garage."
