    Guests soak up modern day luxuries while returning to a simpler time by enjoying rocking chairs or a swing on a front porch, while planning the next days' adventure. Visit Mayberry, Stone Mountain, Pilot Knob, or even the filming sight of The Longest Ride. Other attractions include numerous wineries and the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway. Excellent restaurants in the area combine great food and unique experiences. Many antique stores are available for "treasure seekers" in nearby Elkin, Mount Airy, Dobson, Pilot Mountain, and Fairview.
    Fall brings colorful mountain views, the Autumn Leaves Festival (approximately 200,000 visitors) in Mount Airy and twice a year (Memorial Day and Labor Day) a huge "Hillsville, Virginia Flea Market"(enticing more than 500,000 people to the area).
    The cabin, originally built as a simple farmer's home, now offers rest and relaxation to many husbands and wives looking for a romantic getaway, or just a quiet time away from it all. Come visit our cabin, a place where old times are remembered, and new memories are made in the heart of Western North Carolina. *Being that it is a rustic cabin, in the woods, especially during fall, we have ladybugs and stick bugs that love our place too. So, if you are terrified of them, our cabin may not be the perfect place for you. Very few have ever mentioned, but we want to be upfront just in case!

Absolutely loved staying here, we will definitely be back. The host had so many comforting details that made it feel like home. We appreciated all of the amenities and seeing the families history reflected throughout the home. While brief, we really enjoyed our time.

This place is a paradise hide away. I was blown away by how wonderfully serene and peaceful it was. The cozy cabin is like.coming home. The decor is absolutely stunning. The hot tub is.the perfect relaxing end to the day. I will come here again as soon as possible.

Excellent place for a quiet vacation. Hot tub and fireplace were great after a long day on the road. Private, secluded, and relaxing. Host was quick to respond, and clearly has been doing this for a while; it shows (in a very positive way). Would definitely stay again!

Yadkin Valley Weekend

Great stay at the Cozy Cabin. Perfect location when visiting the Yadkin Valley and surrounding area. Cabin was great and as advertised. Perfect for a couple's retreat. Look forward to visiting again.

Great weekend getaway

Quite and relaxing weekend to getaway from the daily hustle. We enjoyed everything about this little cabin, my wife really enjoyed the evening visits from the cows.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone. Beautifully decorated, very private and the bed was really comfortable; we slept so good: you will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here; owner was very helpful as well.

Perfect Wedding Anniversary Getaway

We loved this cozy cabin! It was very secluded, away from it all. The little creek out back was adorable. We had plans in Downtown Elkin and it was very easy to get to from the cabin. We'd Love to stay here again.
