Staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Check-in was the fastest I've experienced in a long time...loved that! Room was clean, beds comfy, and pillows (which in a hotel can be iffy) were firm and not lumpy.

First time at an AC hotel. Dripped a little shaving cream on bathroom floor. Cleaned with a damp Kleenex. Kleenex was black with dirt. I tested another spot — same result. Hair dryer would not plug into outlets. The location is good, but given the many nearby choices, choose another hotel.
