My stay was pleasant overall, though there’s definitely room for improvement.
The main issue I encountered was with transport. Uber seemed either difficult to use or almost non-existent, even though drivers were available. When I finally managed to book one and was waiting outside, an older gentleman with glasses approached as I was getting into the car. He stopped me, then began arguing with the Uber driver in their local language (which I couldn’t understand). The Uber driver eventually drove off. The man then turned to me and said he’d do a taxi “very cheap.”
I was quite annoyed — I had no idea who he was or why he was interfering. When I went back to the hotel to complain, it turned out he works for the hotel.
In hindsight I should have done more research and planned my transport properly. My advice to other guests: be extra careful. Local transport options are available (something I only discovered on my last day), so it’s worth looking into those instead of relying solely on Uber.

The whole concord resort was an amazing experience, the staff is happy and always ready to help, everyone have a friendly attitude and positive energy making you feel so welcome!
From the Poseidon, Asiatic, Daphne, pool, guest services, entertainment, beach and diving… Concorde hotel is well above any all inclusive hotel. “Keep being as you are… Concorde staff and facilities truly have one great hotel” thank you for looking after my family
