9.2/10 Wonderful! (76 reviews)
I found the hotel to be superbly clean and comfortable to get around amenities. The beachfront was convenient. I loved the variety of food options. The only downfall was the pillows in the rooms. They need to be a bit bigger in my opinion. But other than that this place is a gem and the hospitality was above and beyond.

8.2/10 Very good! (347 reviews)
"The rooms were very dirty; they didn't change the bedsheets, and the sink and bathroom were filthy. The hotel looks beautiful from the outside and the pool area is very nice, but the cleanliness was absolutely catastrophic."
