"Room - the bed was comfy and fresh towels were provided every day. You have to pay extra for a balcony (I would definitely recommend this). However, the curtains are not very thick and the outside lights are kept on all night making it very tricky to fall asleep. Also the elevator takes forever to come, there were often long queues for it during peak times (e.g. after breakfast). Food - limited options for special dietaries (e.g. lactose intolerant). Pool - there are two pools with the rooftop one being heated. Towels were provided but you then had to pay €2 if you wanted a fresh one. "

"Fantastic place in the middle of the city center. Literally a few steps from everything you want to see. The staff is super helpful. Rooms are well maintained. I very much recommend this place. Thank you!"

"The hotel was extremely clean and spacious, the breakfast was fantastic and the staff could not be more helpful with diatry requirements. The only thing I would take into consideration when booking this hotel is that the pool is not quite as it looks on the photos, when we went up in the evening there were resturant tables right up against the pool edge and it would have been very uncomfortable going into the pool. If you are not fussed about having a pool this hotel is perfect, clean, quiet, great food and brilliant location! "

They should inform you better about the parking reservations because on their website shows they have parking on site, but it’s just for people that reserve the parking and there is no way to reserve the parking through Expedia as well so they should advertise me a little bit better room wasn’t that clean I’ve been to hotels in Alicante, that was cleaner this one was definitely not it in the shower didn’t function correctly.
