(1,011 reviews) Loud music plays in hallways and from the bar downstairs late into the night. We had to turn on sound machines to drown it out even after we asked the staff to turn it down. The staff were neither friendly nor unfriendly. The hot tub never worked and the pool is in the shade of the building most of the day so it’s cold. There are people smoking outside right at the front entrance and on the back patio though it’s marked no smoking.
