The property was basic, the tiniest kitchen ever and a musty bathroom without any ventilation. The large fridge was welcome but it didnt close properly. However the property was close to the beach, the pool was good and the staff were friendly - although their spoken English was limited (much better than my Spanish though).

Almost the worse stay
It was a terrible experience , if I were you I would take that property out of your list . It is not a hotel , it’s an apartment, when I arrived i had to wait almost 2 hours until someone answer the phone because the office was close , your web site shows their schedule on Sunday from 5 pm to 8 pm open but they were close . Lack of communication if they had sent an email I would had got the key in the security box if they had sent the code . They made a mistake with my reservation an the internet was cut after the 1 day of stay and I told them that I had paid 2 days . In summary the stay there was a list of money and time for me and my family

We went as a family of 5 with 7 year old twins who constantly demand things to do. The complex is literally 30 seconds from the beach. The apartment was basic and could do with a bit of modernisation but for a budget holiday it was perfect. We managed to cook in a few times and it was lovely to eat on the balcony and watch the sea. I’d say you defo need a car although we only hired one for a couple days on a weeks break. The locals are lovely and we had a great holiday. The pool was great too but mainly as there was no one else in it except for 2 days! Also they had Disney channel in English on the tv which kept the kids entertained in the morning.

Very Disappointing
Unfortunately this location was definitely a bad pick. From the location to the service it was an epic fail. Once you check in you are on your own there is nothing you can go to the front desk for. Towels and blankets will not be restored or cleaned no daily cleaning from room service I don’t believe they have a room service. We were forced to drive over an hour to find something to do or acquire food food, food restaurants were scarce and the ones they had mmmm was food you would have to settle for. They provide a mini washer for you but you would need to go to a grocery store to get soap plus machine was not at all easy to use. Room was hot, no AC just a fan spinning hot air. I would say if you are young looking to have fun with friends and meet ppl, this is not the place for you, I would say more for an older demographic like 65+. It’s a very quiet area barely anyone around morning and night. The pictures gave the impression of a fun live area but that was completely the opposite the pool isn’t even big as the image comes of, the beach was completely dead during the day and night. You will spend more money staying at a place like this from having to travel far for food fun, going to shops to acquire items to make your stay comfortable. Front desk lady was nice however

We had a sea view and a lovely spacious apartment
Accomodation was basic but clean and spacious - The washing machine was a godsend and the staff were friendly. No hairdryers available though :(

Glad its over
Our expectations were based on the published photographs but we were very disappointed. The kitchen and bathroom were old and not very nice. The furniture was new but basic. On the positive side the pool area was really nice and there were always beds available. The biggest problems were lack of air conditioning and parking and a very unpleasant smell of drains that filled the childrens bedroom.

Para 2 días esta bien pero más no lo recomiendo
Fuimos mis 3 hijos y mi esposa el establecimiento no es mal el departamento es grande y cómodo la picina es pequeña para tanta gente la playa era de piedras y profunda con mucha suciedad no nos gustó alrededor es bonito porque hay restaurantes para hacer compras etc

Lo que prometía ser un fin de jornada laboral de 12 horas, una simple noche de descanso se convirtió en una pesadilla, nos atendió un asqueroso maleducado impertinente e incompetente xico desde la centralita del hotel Monterrey de Roses, que nos complicó la entrada en el alojamiento 2 horas, nervios, no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina, sin cena, estaban cerrados ya los establecimientos, un desastre, Muy mala gestión!

No VOLVERE-No lo recomiendo
Puntos a Importantes: 1-Fotos de la habitación en la pagina web no corresponde con lo que me han dado al check-in. 2-Pelos de animales en el cubre colchón tanto en el sofa como en la cama principal. Con lo cual he tendido que desinfectar toda la habitación antes de disfrutar de mis vacaciones porque no tenían otra habitación para ofrecer. 3-Olor a cloaca dentro de la habitación principal que salía del armario imposible de dormir durante la noche. Hemos dormido todos en el sofá. Durante 5 noches! 4-Ventilador de la habitación hacia ruidos, con lo cual no se podía utilizar. El calor por las noches era sofocante. 5-Luego de mis quejas, nadie se ha puesto en contacto conmigo para ofrecer una disculpa o por lo menos ofrecer alguna alternativa. 4-Nevera bajo mesada rota y con poca capacidad para una familia que pasa 5 noches. 6-Cocina vieja. Sin reformar. Utensilios escasos. 7-Baño con alcachofa que se caiga al no estar bien sujetada. 8-Medidas de desinfección COVID en la piscina INEXISTENTE. Confirmado por la recepción del Hotel.

Miły u udany wypoczynek z rodzina i znajomymi. Polecam gorąco. Jedyny minus to brak supermarketu. W pobliżu był jeden sklepik ale niestety hotelowy wiec ceny wyższe a i asortyment podstawowy. Reszta bez zarzutów.

La nevera muy pequeña. No funcionaba el congelador pero lo dijimos en recepción y nos subieron otra. Nos dejaron las 2 durante toda la estancia. Y que no tenga ascensor también es un hándicap, pero bueno con eso ya contábamos. Lo mejor las vistas desde la terraza.
