"It was definitely different than any other place we ever stayed, it was somewhat hard to find, no front desk, and the rooms (at least mine) don’t have a key. On the good side, staff was very friendly, always helpful, and there was always a police officer outside, so we really felt safe at all ..."

There is an ocean view in the distance but the house is not a 3 min walk....maybe once you're at the main gate and if you cut across Cafe Sunzal if it's open.
