It is palatial. The living roof is huge as is the covered patio. The pool large as well. Garbage, grounds and pool are taken care of three times a week. Yes, the pallet stairs down to the beach are funky but you get used to them. Juan is a great host. He responses to any request or question within minutes. We picked Juan’s property for its central location, beach access and swimming pool and enjoyed all of these amenities. The house is perfect for large groups with so many en-suite bedrooms. There is quite a bit of deferred maintenance, but nothing that negatively impacted our use or enjoyment of the space. Juan is a very responsive and friendly host. You can kite right from the beach in the front of the property and about a 15 min beach walk to Vantana Kiting school. As someone mentioned the stairs to the beach are not for someone who has mobility issues but amazing spot! There is lots of room and parking.
