Beautiful apartment on the ground floor, with large private terrace within urbanization, 400 meters from the beach of Santa Catalina. It has a communal pool, air conditioning, WIFI and private parking\*   
  
The flat is on the ground fllor, perfect for families with little ones

Living room with air conditioning, flat screen tv and decorated with beautiful details, dining area with table and chairs. From there you can directly access the terrace, from which you get plenty of natural light. Apartment with WIFI   
  
Independent kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave and washing machine, all designed to offer maximum comfort while on vacation. It also has utensils for 5 people.   
  
Bedrooms two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and a second one with two single beds, both have a large capacity built-in wardrobe. They are very pleasant and silent rooms, ideal for relaxation. Sheets and towels are included in the rent.   
  
Full bathroom, perfect for the use of the whole family. The day of arrival you will find soap, shampoo and gel.   
  
Terrace, private and furnished with table and chairs. It is a magical place to make an al fresco dinner or just have a drink at sunset enjoying the absolute privacy.   
  
Shared pool, one of the great attractions of this apartment. The urbanization has a large garden area with swimming pool, which is accessed directly from the terrace of the apartment. \* The community pool opens for the user on June 1 and closes on September 15\.   
  
\*Private parkingapartment rental with pool El Puerto has a private parking space, a luxury especially in the summer season, when parking in the area is not easy.
