It is located in El Ancla, one of the most prestigious residencial areas of El Puerto de Santa Maria. In the complex you find green areas and a pleasant silence and security, so you can fully enjoy your holidays with family or friends. Located just 400 meters from the beach (a 5-10 minutes walk), this apartment consists of two double bedrooms, one with double bed and the other one with two single beds. Its maximum capacity is 5 people, the fifth in an extra bed in the spacious living room (with surcharge). With its modern and practical decoration, it is remarkable for its large porch-terrace, with a covered part that allows you to enjoy it for lunch or dinner or just for relaxing in your spare time. It has two air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom, and is located on the ground floor of the building, which gives you direct access to the pool. It also features the following equipment: TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, iron, sheets and towels, kitchenware and cleaning basics.
