It also offers quick access to Jerez de la Frontera, perfect for exploring the best of the region in just a few minutes.   
  
The property has been designed to guarantee a comfortable and relaxing stay at any time of the year. On the outside, it stands out for its spacious garden, private swimming pool, barbecue area and exclusive parking within the estate, designed to fully enjoy the outdoors with total privacy.   
  
Inside, the space surprises with its warmth and functionality: a living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen and fireplace, two very spacious and bright bedrooms, and a modern full bathroom.
