8.6/10 Excellent! (1,764 reviews)
My stay at Megapolis was good overall. I booked two rooms, which felt a bit outdated, and one had an unpleasant mouldy smell.
After housekeeping cleaned one room, it was left without towels or water. I requested both from the front desk and a cleaner nearby, but only the towels were brought back; the water was never replenished.
Aside from these issues, I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. Some room updates including better lighting would make the experience even better.

I would highly recommend, the service I received was impeccable and just a wonderful experience! I was a bit hesitant regarding the location but once I got there, it turned out to be perfect.
The concierge staff was such a pleasure to work with especially ‘Jerry’, who provided recommendations and information. This was such a blessing to us.
I would stay here again in a heart beat.
It’s a must stay!

"This is a beautiful property but remember it is somewhat rustic. The neighborhood roosters make sure to wake you. The rooms are comfortable and with the mountain air and ceiling fan you don’t miss AC. Free breakfast was tasty. Dinner was good but lunch is not available. The best part is the well ..."
