"Very nice resort. Pool area was disappointing. No staff. Bar waiter came a few times and then left. No bathroom by the pool. Our room was not close to the pool so we had to walk down the road and through the lobby to use bathroom in a towel and bathing suits. All of the buildings that being built, I could not believe they forgot a restroom near the pool area while serving lots of drinks!"

"Everything was good the only thing was the maintenance because sometimes during the daytime or nighttime water was gone, we have to chat with them every time happens, plus parking some other vehicles parked in my spot, I communicate with then and fixed the issue but is uncomfortable to deal with. Call the property management before you come in."

"This property is close to many wineries and great restaurants. They have many amenities for families. My kid loved the little play ground structure and riding bikes around the property. Everything was like in the pictures, very clean and friendly staff. I will be coming back with my extended family. "

"We celebrated our anniversary in Valle and our stay at Mexico en la Piel was the best choice we could’ve made. The hotel is very well located, close to everything, secluded and away from the highway noise. We had breakfast at the restaurant of the hotel and everything was delicious. We even had their dog Totopo follow us around the whole time, even on our morning walk (yes, there is a small trail that gets to a uphill lookout). We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to spend a few quiet nice days in Valle"

"We celebrated our 10-year anniversary at Banyan Tree in Guadalupe Valley, BC. The resort is beautiful, very eco-friendly, our sunset view suite was one of the most spectacular rooms we've experienced, and we have stayed at many 5-star resorts when traveling. The amenities, the private pool, and the indoor/outdoor shower were so special. We loved the entire experience, including the attentive staff and the hydrotherapy session at the spa. We will definitely visit again soon."
