Paradise found! We are in the quaint Puesta del Sol Community aka "Barefoot Luxury". Our second story unit has one of the best views in the complex. Our unit is at the front of the property and faces the Pacific Ocean - you can actually see the ocean right from the king sized bed in your bedroom. Walk up to your private rooftop balcony and you will enjoy 360 degree, unobstructed panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and the Sierra De Laguna mountains. Watch the sunrise over the mountains and the sunset over the Pacific every day without leaving the unit. We also have a pullout sofa which sleeps 2 more guests which and has the same ocean views. You must experience this first hand! The unit is an open floor plan that maximizes your view of the ocean. The unit has a fully stocked kitchen including an electric water dispenser with cold/hot bottled drinking water. There is a small eating area inside the unit and right outside you’re front French doors which both have ocean views. The rooftop has an outdoor kitchen, a large eating table with high-top chairs, and lighting. We also supply reclining lounge chairs for relaxing. There are two beach chairs, two boogie boards, a beach umbrella, and a wheelie cooler in the unit’s storage closet for you to take to the beach. You also have full access to the complex’s beautiful pool which is only steps away – make sure you experience the lighting at night. Check out the pictures.. From your unit you are no more than 400 steps to Cerritos beach, which is one of the only swimmable beaches in all of Baja. Cerritos Beach also provides an excellent surf break for surfers of all levels and for boogie boarding (boogies boards provided). If surfing/boogie boarding isn’t your thing there is plenty more to do – get a full body massage right on the beach, go for a long stroll with more than 2 miles of beach or just park yourself in the sand and people watch. For those that like to walk, hike or run, there are miles of roads right from your doorstep. Along the roads you can see magnificent views and some very cool houses. The surrounding area provides a lot of options for dining. Only a 1-minute walk from your unit is Barracuda's Cantina (excellent shrimp and fish tacos and ceviche and great drinks) and Free Souls Café (more expensive but has wonderful food and drinks with an amazing view and vibe). Also, within the Cerritos Beach area, there are several other amazing options that are either walkable or just a 1-2 minute drive - Good Vibes (Island Cuisine with great views), Shakas Cantina (Outdoor Sports Bar), Don Nachos (Authentic Mexican Fare), Las Palmas (varied menu with great views), Surfside Bar and Grill, and Kimberly's Pizza (excellent hand made pizzas). A 5-minute drive takes you to our town of El Pescadero where you will find some nice restaurants and Baja Beans Coffee Roasters (a must visit) and Agricole (also a must visit for the freshest produce and baked goods). A 10-15 minute drive will take you into Todo Santos, home of Hotel California and many other restaurants and shops where you can find local art and crafts. A 45-minute drive will take you into Cabo/San Jose where you can explore the town, the many galleries, and where there are larger grocery stores. The people in the area are extremely friendly and they welcome you into their piece of paradise. A recent addition is a bypass that makes the commute from the airport only 40-45 minutes of safe and easy highway driving. We are happy to provide recommendations on places to eat, visit, etc. and our Property Manager also has great info. We want you to enjoy the area as much as we do so don’t hesitate to contact us with questions. You will not find our views and proximity to the ocean anywhere else for these rates. We had 3 days of cloudy, rain shower days and the tv is not much bigger than a computer monitor. Guess it wouldn’t have been an issue if it would’ve been beach weather. It is well managed, spotlessly clean, and well located just a few minutes to the beach. The condo complex was very nice, the other guests were respectful and quiet. The views from our private upstairs condo were breathtaking. And our management liaison, Nicte was so helpful in meeting us and taking care to respond to our questions promptly and thoughtfully. Quick walk to the beach and right next door to a delicious cantina. Hosts and property managers were pleasant in communications prior to arriving and during check-in. Once again, enjoyed the property. Very clean, absolutely no bugs, nicely outfitted suite. Good bed, nice linen. Great communication with host, and the roof top deck is a feature that puts it over the top. The new cabinets are a great addition to easily store all your clothes and gear wit lots of room. It was very clean and very comfortable with lots of kitchen tools, dishes. The pans were great and the knives were sharp! Very clean, grounds and pool top notch, location and vibe in the area was perfect for us. Roof top terrace a special gem for morning coffee and evening cocktails. This unit is the nicest one of the lot with awesome sea and mountain views. Beach is right there and the complex pool was awesome! Communication and check in was a breeze and our host Nitche was super helpful and gracious. Several dining options close by. Advise picking up food stuffs in Cabo if you plan in cooking. We just love this place and hope it somehow stays the quaint little surf town that it is. The amount of construction in front of the condo is a little alarming. We are so glad for the rooftop so we can still see the ocean We love going to all the little restaurants in the area and were excited to see some new additions. I've stayed in this complex before and the reason it drew me back, because of the pristine grounds and the proximity to the beach. Now they've added a wonderful coffee shop next door. This unit will be my favorite for my husband and me! The pictures are exactly how the unit looks! Very well maintained. The property manager was easy to reach and very responsive! I loved the rooftop deck in the evenings. Casa Maya next door had wonderful food, and even gave my husband some aloe for his sunburn. We will definitely be back as soon as possible! It is a laid back village filled with friendly people. The condo we stayed at was immaculate with glorious views of the sunset We had everything we needed including beach chairs and an umbrella. We loved going to many of the local restaurants for breakfast and dinner. The owners had a list of their favorites and we found a few on our own. It was a perfect 11 days.
