Lástima que el somier de la cama no estuviera calculado para personas de 100 kg de peso
Las estanterías se cayeron por la noche y despertaron a todo el mundo.
La fregona de limpieza se quedó húmeda en un cubo por lo que había un olor desagradable en el piso
Al hacer el check-in, sólo hablaban español, quizás sería útil escribir textos y explicaciones en diferentes idiomas, incluyendo electrodomésticos y similares

Tout pour être une bonne location mais...
L'appartement est lumineux, assez grand pour 4 personnes. Le patio agréable. Lave linge et prêt de linge au top. Hélas il y a beaucoup de points ESSENTIELS à revoir.
Tout d'abord la propreté !!!!! Peu importe le prix d'une location, l'hygiène, la propreté c'est le point essentiel d'une location. Et là nous n'y sommes pas du tout. Une odeur de tabac froid.L'appartement était sale. Nous avons passé l'après-midi de notre arrivée à tout laver (3 fois les sols) avec la serpillière, nous avons enlevé la poussière sur tous les meubles (vue l’épaisseur de poussière, cela n'avait pas été fait depuis des mois). Il n'y a pas d'aspirateur dans l'appartement, simplement un balais, cela ne suffit clairement pas, un aspirateur est indispensable. Le bac à douche était sale à notre arrivée également.
Concernant la salle de bain : grosse fuite au niveau du bac à douche, sur le coté du lave linge.
Gros point très important, l'appart est infesté de fourmis. Il y en a partout. Elles passent par la chaux du mur de pierres, même avec tous les produits du monde, elles envahissent tout, le sol, les meubles, le clic clac... Seule la chambre est épargnée... Je précise que nous avons bien veillé à toutes les consignes du propriétaires, (baie vitrée fermée à chaque fois). En parlant des fenêtres, la fenêtre de la chambre ainsi que celle de la salle de bain ne se verrouillent pas, il est donc important de fermer les volets dès que l'on part de l'appartement, même si cela ne suffit pas pour la sécurité

En vacances en Espagne
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à El Perelló ,l appartement est idéalement situé à côté de la mer à peu près 6km , nous avons particulièrement apprécié la capitale du miel de l Espagne! Le côté naturel et calme des environs ainsi que les produits de la mer , une belle région a decouvrir
