Beautiful and modern single story home with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms in west side El Paso. Home is located 10-15 min away from UTEP and downtown, 5 min away from the outlets and 3 min away from Westone Marketplace. Great and safe location with direct access to i-10. Kitchen is fully equipped. Two of the bedrooms have their own smart TVs and the living room is equipped with sound system and a 70 inch TV. One of the guest rooms has a desk for office job with a printer for your convenience.
