I stayed at this hotel way back in February on their opening weekend and I cannot say enough good things about this place! being that we were some of the first guests I was a little nervous but they really knocked it out of the park. The staff were absolutely incredible and accommodating. They have a free shuttle into town which we used quite often. The rooms are great and clean. We had an issue with our drain in our bathroom and they fixed it immediately. Even with working out the kinks of opening a brand new hotel I would rate my stay a 30/10. The staff even helped us locate the resident dog Charlie to feed at night and made sure to watch out for us while we searched the dark for stray dogs to feed haha. This hotel is resort-esque and a fantastic relaxation getaway. Super séjour de 7 nuits dans cet hôtel ! Malgré la situation difficile des fermetures des frontières avec le covid19 le personnel a été au top ! Navette gratuite pour se rentre dans le centre. Super piscine. Petit déjeuner très bon. Cet endroit est TRÈS calme !! On a pu se reposer. Très propre. La propriétaire est adorable et parle bien français. Merci pour ce séjour !…

The staff was incredibly helpful during our stay. Everyone was nice and courteous the entire time. One staff member in particular allowed us to use her personal phone for 4 hours, as we were having flight related issues and couldn’t use our phones to contact them. The room and facilities are nice, unique and always clean. The restaurant is one of the best in town, with a great view of Bacuit bay. They also have 2 pools which is a plus. My only 2 minor gripes were location and bed comfort. The location is a bit out the way from the center of town, but they do provide a 24 hour shuttle to get you into town, and/or you can rent a scooter for 500 pesos a day - which is what we did. Secondingly, the bed was entirely too hard, and headboard made noise every time you moved. But that aside, we loved our stay. Great resort! My partner and I immensely enjoyed our 4 nights stay at the Mansion Buenavista. Hotel is ideally located with all tourist attractions within short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Friendly staff and excellent service. Thanks to Noud for his exceptional hospitality and for organising our Island hopping tour as well as giving recommendations for our daily activities. We stayed in Joglo 2 for twelve nights and it was honestly the nicest place we have ever stayed. The attention to detail in these villas is beautiful. They are well thought out and very spacious, and the view is spectacular. We made sure we were home to watch the sunset from the balcony every evening. The landscape gardening around the property is a beautiful mix of organised jungle! It is a bit of a climb from the main road, but we had a 125cc scooter, which had no problem carrying us both up the driveway. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Ups and downs of DoubleGem…

An amazing place that's right on the ocean. The staff is super friendly and remembers everything about you and your preferences. It truly goes above and beyond with service and food. The views are spectacular, especially the sunsets. Their breakfast only included 2 people and charged an additional 500php per person. So that was a little pricey considering the breakfast costs in other places close by. They also charged for shuttle service back to Puerto Princessa where some hotels we found out offer shuttle service included with stay. …An amazing place that's right on the ocean.
